If the files never arrived

Write to @AbsoluteCode_bot using the /feedback command. We will look into it and send the files again. If we cannot deliver them at all, you get a full refund.

If the book did not suit you

This is a digital product: once the files have been delivered they cannot be returned. Even so, you can request a refund within seven days of purchase if you feel the material was not for you.

We ask one thing: write a line or two about what missed. That is the only condition, and it is what makes the next version of the text better.

How long it takes

Refunds go back to the same card you paid with, within ten working days of being agreed. Any fee charged by the payment provider is not refundable.

How to ask

Write to the bot with the /feedback command and include the date of purchase and your order number. We reply within two working days.
